Author Guidelines

Authors are invited to submit original and unpublished manuscripts that contribute to the advancement of knowledge across interdisciplinary fields.

Scientia Nexus accepts submissions in English, Portuguese, and Spanish. English is the official language of publication.

The journal publishes Original Research Articles, Review Articles, Scientific Communications, Theoretical Essays, Editorials, Letters to the Editor, Book Reviews, and Errata.

All manuscripts must comply with the journal’s aims and scope, ethical standards, research integrity policies, and formatting requirements.

Manuscripts should be prepared according to APA 7th edition style. Authors are encouraged to use the official Scientia Nexus Article Template when preparing their submissions.

Authors must provide complete and accurate information, including title, abstract, keywords, author names, institutional affiliations, country, email address, ORCID identifier when available, funding information, conflict of interest statement, and data availability statement when applicable.

All submissions are subject to initial editorial screening. Manuscripts considered suitable for the journal may be sent for Double-Blind Peer Review.

By submitting a manuscript, authors confirm that the work is original, has not been published elsewhere, is not under consideration by another journal, and has been approved by all authors.

Submission Preparation Checklist

Authors must confirm that:

• The manuscript is original and unpublished.
• The manuscript is not under review elsewhere.
• All authors approve the submission.
• References are complete and properly cited.
• Ethical standards have been respected.
• The manuscript complies with APA 7th edition guidelines.

Scientia Nexus does not establish a maximum number of authors per manuscript. However, all authors must have made substantial contributions to the conception, execution, analysis, or writing of the study, in accordance with the recommendations of the International Committee of Medical Journal Editors (ICMJE) and the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE).

Manuscripts with more than eight authors may be submitted normally; however, the editorial team may request an individual statement describing each author's contributions according to the CRediT (Contributor Roles Taxonomy) framework.
